1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Yabik's Laundromat website and ordering our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the FCCPA 2018.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders placed via this website constitute a binding agreement once confirmed. Payment is due before or upon delivery. Bank transfer, POS, and mobile wallet payments are accepted. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
3. Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch fees are GPS-calculated estimates and may vary slightly. We aim to complete pickup and delivery within agreed timeframes but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
4. Liability for Clothing Items
Yabik's Laundromat is not liable for: (a) pre-existing damage not reported before handover; (b) damage to items with undisclosed special care requirements; (c) normal colour fading. Maximum liability for any single damaged item shall not exceed five times the service fee paid for that item.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before a rider is dispatched at no charge. Refunds for service dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and are processed within 3–5 business days.
